Hi, I'm Camilla Hasloch

This is my journey so far:

I have a passion for supporting people to be the best version of themselves.

My career in Human Resources spans twenty-five years (and counting!!) with a focus on talent management, organisational development, capability and strategy.

Through partnering with Executives to navigate complex organisational restructures and acquisition integration. I have learnt the process of supporting individuals to maintain motivation and peak performance when dealing with the unknown.

I always laughed off the question of "have you ever considered coaching as a full-time career?" 

However, in 2017, I left my permanent leadership corporate position to embark on a career that aligns with my values, personal interests and lifestyle.

I realised, my passions aligned to creative writing, academic work, positive psychology, HR consulting and career development coaching.

I took the steps to gain my accredited coaching certifications. This enabled me to became an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation. I have continued my personal development journey gaining a number of coaching accreditations, positive psychology certifications, Reiki Master, MBA and many more to ensure my client's success in their career development and maintaining peak performance.

I have helped an array of Senior Professionals leave their corporate life to successfully transition into soul driven positions just as I did in 2017.
